About Me
James has been a golf professional since 2008 but began working at Riverside at age 14. A graduate of the Professional Golf Management (PGM) course at Holland College in 2009, he went on to receive his “Class A” status in the PGA of Canada in 2012.
James’ passion for teaching was developed from an early age, learning from Jim Connolly and his son Don. He has been a staple working with and developing the junior golfers here at Riverside since 2009. James approaches each new personality individually and firmly believes there is no silver bullet to teaching golf. It is about fundamentals, understanding a person’s strengths and practice.
James is happily married to his wife Amy and the two are very proud parents of a 2-year-old son named William.
